What is the JBL Homes Referral Program?
Our referral program is our way of saying thank you for bringing your friends and family to JBL Homes.
How does it work?
Refer a customer to JBL Homes that meets the referral program requirements and if they sign a purchase agreement within 90 days you will receive a $2,000.00 referral appreciation fee within 10 days following the act of sale!
What are the requirements for a referral?
1) A prospective customer that does not have an outside agent.
2) The referred customer and the referring party cannot be the same.
3) A prospective customer that has not already signed an agreement to purchase a JBL home.
4) A prospective customer that has not visited a JBL Homes Sales Center and filled out a registration card in the past 90 days.
5) The customer must qualify to purchase and go to the act of sale on the JBL home.
How do I submit my referral?
Print, review, and complete the referral registration form found below. Submit your registration to the JBL Sales center listed on the registration and we will contact you when the referral is accepted. It's that easy!
